UpFlux is a Brazilian Enterprise AI company. Our platform understands how each process really runs, acts on it with AI agents and proves the result in hard numbers. We work on three fronts, procurement, healthcare and Enterprise AI, and a digital team already takes on the transactional work of 100+ clients.

    Process mining rebuilds the real flow of each process from the records systems keep at every step, with the detours, rework and queues. It is the foundation that put UpFlux in Gartner's Magic Quadrant.

    Nous and Intelligent Agents

    Nous is the operational AI that lives inside the client's process. The agents do the work, quoting, negotiating, auditing and following up, inside the ERP, Tasy and MV, with set limits and specialists behind them.

    RoAI

    Every AI action is measured in reais, order by order and claim by claim. The client sees what came back to cash, not a consulting estimate.

Who we are

UpFlux was born from a research question: how does a company really work, as opposed to how its flowchart says it works? The answer was in the data. Every ERP and management system records, at each step, who did what and when. Put those records together and you can rebuild the real path of every order, every claim and every patient visit, with the detours, rework and queues nobody drew. The technique is called process mining.

That is how UpFlux started in 2017, auditing medical claims at Unimed Paraná. The map of the real process showed where money was leaking, and the company grew by bringing that view to hospitals, health plans and manufacturers. The work put UpFlux in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Process Mining, as the only Brazilian company.

Seeing the problem, however, does not solve it. From 2024 we started acting on what the map finds: AI agents that quote, negotiate, audit and follow up inside the systems the client already uses, always with the process context. In 2026 this became our model: a digital team, AI agents operated by specialists, that takes on the transactional work of procurement and healthcare, and the same platform reaches the rest of the company's operations as Enterprise AI.

What sets it apart from consulting or a software license is proof. Every agent action is measured in RoAI, and the client sees in reais what came back to cash. That is where the R$ 780 million in results for more than 100 clients comes from.

Our story

  1. 2015

    At the university

    Alex Meincheim and Cleiton Garcia start researching process mining, the technique that rebuilds the real flow of a process from the records systems keep at every step.

  2. 2017

    UpFlux is born

    The company is founded in Jaraguá do Sul, Brazil. Its first client is Unimed Paraná, which uses the map of the real process to automate medical claims audit.

  3. 2021

    Growth and investment

    The company grows 250% in the year, raises funding from Alexia Ventures and Aggir, and makes the Top 10 Healthtechs of the 100 Open Startups ranking.

  4. 2023

    First in AI

    First place in the Artificial Intelligence category of the 100 Open Startups ranking.

  5. 2024–25

    From analysis to action

    UpFlux enters Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Process Mining (2024), as the only Brazilian company. AI agents start executing on what process mining finds, and procurement gets the same depth as healthcare.

  6. 2026

    Enterprise AI, day one

    R$ 8 million invested in Enterprise AI R&D. Nous, Intelligent Agents and RoAI in production, and a digital team running procurement and healthcare for 100+ clients.
